$149/year up to 100 homes · $249/year 101 to 250 homes. Regular prices, nothing hidden. Partners never pay anything.
The details
- Payouts are monthly once a referred client's payment clears, with a statement showing each client and amount.
- Commission is 20% of what the client actually paid, net of refunds.
- A referral counts if the client first comes through your link or names your firm when they sign up.
- No minimums, no exclusivity, no fees. Either side can end it by email; commissions already earned are still paid.
- We never contact your clients without their request, and we never sell anyone's data.
