For our first 10 customers, about half off while we're new:
- Up to 100 homes: $75 for your first year (regular $149/year)
- 101 to 250 homes: $125 for your first year (regular $249/year)
In return, we'll ask for an honest review after your first month and permission to quote it. Say what you really think; the price doesn't depend on what you write or whether it's positive. Any review we quote will say you got founding pricing. After the first 10 customers, regular prices apply.

What we don't do
- We never collect, hold or move money. Owners pay the association directly, the same way they do now.
- We don't decide late fees or collections actions. If your bylaws set a late fee, we can quote the wording you give us.
- We don't give legal or accounting advice, and we don't replace your bookkeeper or management company.

Is this a person or software?
It's an automated service. Software builds the statements and reminders, and anything unclear in your list is flagged for review instead of guessed.
Do owners need an app or account?
No. They get an email (or a letter you print) and pay the way they always have.
We only bill once a year. Why not a monthly tool?
